Cereal BoxThe cereal box project goes toward the final and I had a good time making this project. At first it was hard to think of a unwanted cereal box that people wouldn’t buy, but then I came up with pickles. This project was hard because there was no specific outline and the project had to be made from complete scratch. I thought that the outcome of my project was good because I enjoyed making the project. The assignment taught me how to use everything that I had learned throughout the semester and apply it to a project where I had to do everything myself. My personal opinion of this project was that it was easy if you pay attention throughout the semester because you have to use everything that you previously learned and use it to put different effects and designs on the cereal box. It was important to make the cereal box look visually appealing just like those that are sold in the grocery store. This project was a challenge, but the outcome was worth it.

Animal Album CoverThis project was by far one of my favorite projects in Digital Media and Design. I thought the outcome of my Zac Brown Band cover turned out really well and I was proud of the outcome of my project. This project required that you think out of the box to find pictures that fit the people in the album. I learned how to crop images and create layer masks to overlay over top of another image. I really tried to add a visual appeal to this project and have the animal faces the same as the people that were playing instruments and singing in the cover. My personal opinion of the project was that it taught me Photoshop in a way that was fun and helped learning it easier because of the thinking out of the box that the project required.

Clone CropThe clone crop project was made in Photoshop and the original picture was very crowded in the background and it was hard for the eyes to focus on the main image of the plane in the picture. The purpose of this project was to take out the distracting objects in the background and replace it with the sky or trees and grass to be able to focus on the crop plane better. The skills I learned in this project was that there are a lot of things in a picture that take away from the full purpose/ main idea of the picture. I used the spot healing brush and the quick selection tool. My opinion of this project was that I enjoyed seeing the outcome of the final copy because it was a lot more visually appealing than the beginning picture. The background was cleaner and only focused on the crop plane and it was enjoyable to see the difference and the positive outcome of working on this project.
